"D" Dragon Fruit Company is owned and operated by Testman Enterprises International LLC, U.S.A. Testman Enterprises, LLC was incorporated in South Carolina. The USA operations is in San Diego, California and the farm operations will be in Arizona. Its Philippines affiliates are “D” Dragon Fruit International and Dragon Fruit and Jelly Beans Ice Cream. Testman Enterprises is incorporated in the Philippines, in 2014 along with its subsidiaries, all registered with the proper Philippine government offices. The Philippine headquarters is in Pasuquin, Ilocos Norte. In line with our corporate mission, Testman subsidiary, “D” Dragon Fruit Company International, will create the products for domestic and foreign distribution. Our business is to make available to the people of the planet the much-needed dragon fruit that can prevent cancer and many other deceases and cure many illnesses.

OVERVIEW
Testman Enterprises is the parent holding company of subsidiaries that will produce the following first of its kind products, in different fields, with the goal of benefiting public welfare and the environment:

Agriculture – to grow the principal organic product and help generate employment in the farm area.
Manufacturing – to produce the worlds natural and healthiest food products for retail sales, made from our own natural grown dragon fruit farms.
Distribution – to distribute the principal product, its derivatives and finished products to commercial outlets.

VISION STATEMENT
To seeing the world, consume fresh dragon fruit and dragon fruit by-products and the human population enjoying the health benefits that result in longevity that dragon fruit gives to the human body .

To succeed Testman Enterprises will seek funding to buy the necessary land, equipment, operation and maintenance expenses for the first three years. Once the additional funding is secured, Testman Enterprises will have the opportunity to be a world leader in the production of Dragon Fruit Industry and all the products that come from dragon fruit. Dragon Fruit products that will not only have commercial but medicinal values as well.

Andre O. Testman is the President and Founder of Testman Enterprises. He brings in over fifty years of leadership and experience. His last venture with his late wife Laura Allen Testman was the production and distribution of “CHACHIES” fresh Mexican salsa. Over the years it was a very successful business venture with revenues amounting to millions of dollars. The company was eventually sold and to date is an international product with high revenues as well. They also had restaurant based in Annapolis, called “DIEGOS” which rated as one of the top ten restaurants by the Washington Post. As an entrepreneur with several successful endeavors to be proud of, he anticipates with his drive for excellence, that Testman International LLC., U.S.A, and his subsituaries: Testman Enterprises International LLC, Philippines, “D" Dragon Fruit Company, and Dragon Fruit and Jelly Beans Ice Cream Parlors/Cafes will positioned for national recognition. These are Mr. Testman’s business achievements. Over and above these successful ventures, his personal career as a member of the elite United States Marine Corps must not left out. He was with the 3rd “Force reconnaissance unit” and that he is the bearer of many combat medals and commendations including the Purple Heart. With this background and personal determination in all his endeavors, Testman Enterprises International can only be on a path that will bring the country a new successful corporation.
